About Us
Established in 2001, NJCPO is a government agency tasked with the supervision of adult misdemeanor cases in Georgia's Northern Judicial Circuit. NJCPO is unique in that its jurisdiction covers five counties, Elbert, Franklin, Hart, Madison and Oglethorpe. The agency is staffed with a team of dedicated Probation Officers, who are sworn peace officers, Probation Supervisors and administrative personnel.
